并不是所有的查询背后都有订单,期望值应该根据客户的查询目的进行调整。查询客户只表示对产品感兴趣,要求是报价并提供产品细节,并特别强调产品细节。这些表明客户手中不应有真实的订单,查询是为了了解产品和价格市场,只是作为产品开发的参考。没有回复是正常的。

通常这种查询回复是发送产品目录,附上几个问题作为后续,如果客户没有回复,即使不是关键客户。但这个客户有点特别,他的公司名称google上面没有搜索到,而且是有的utilities字样上,这意味着客户可能是制造厂,所以查询的目的是获取你的产品信息,所以建议产品只发送一般目录,不提供详细信息,如果买家有进一步的反馈。

选择合适的客户跟进总是最大的前提。
